―ゴナドレリンの特性―

ゴナドレリンは、哺乳類で合成されるゴナドトロピン放出ホルモン (GnRH) と生理学的および化学的に同一の合成ホルモンです。

酢酸ゴナドレリナは、ポリペプチド性腺刺激ホルモンリンギングホルモン視床下部の合成類似体であり、下垂体による性腺刺激ホルモン、特に卵胞の発育と排卵に関与する卵胞刺激ホルモン (FSH) や黄体形成ホルモン (LH) の分泌増加を引き起こします。

注射後、急速に吸収され、15 ～ 30 分後に血漿中の最大濃度に達します。

半減期は8～20分です。

血漿、腎臓、肝臓で代謝され、主にペプチド断片やアミノ酸として尿とともに排泄されます。

―効能―

卵巣における生殖機能の調節（性周期の誘導、卵巣嚢腫の治療と予防、牛の産褥期の性周期の正常化、牛、豚、馬、犬、ウサギの排卵の刺激と同調）を目的として使用。

（使用法）

牛（筋肉注射）：

（１）卵胞持続、排卵遅延 – 人工授精の 2 時間前と 2 時間後に 2 ml。

（２）排卵同期 – 1 ml、狩猟同期後。

（３）産褥期の卵巣機能刺激 – 分娩後 12 日目に 1 ml。

Composition:

Gonadorelina acetate – 0.05 mg

Pharmacological properties:

Gonadorelin is a synthetic hormone physiologically and chemically identical to gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), which is synthesized in mammals.

Gonadorelina acetate is a synthetic analogue of polypeptide gonadotropin ringing hormone hypothalamus, which causes increased secretion of gonadotropins by the pituitary gland, in particular follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and more lutenizing hormone (LH), which participates in the development and ovulation of follicles in the ovaries of female animals.

After injection, it is rapidly absorbed and reaches its maximum concentration in plasma after 15-30 minutes.

The half-life period is 8-20 minutes.

Metabolized in plasma, kidneys and liver, it is mainly excreted with urine as peptide fragments and amino acids.

Application:

Fertagil is intended for regulation of reproduction function (sexual cycle induction, treatment and prevention of ovarian cysts, normalization of the sexual cycle in the postpartum period in cows, stimulation and synchronization of ovulation in cows, pigs, horses, dogs, rabbits) at ovarian hypofunction (ovulation retention, atresia).

Dosage:

Cattle (intramuscular):

Follicle persistence, ovulation delay – 2 ml, 2 hours before and 2 hours after artificial insemination;

ovulation synchronization – 1 ml, after hunting synchronization;

ovarian function stimulation in the postpartum period – 1 ml, on the 12th day after calving;

treatment of ovarian ovarian (follicular) cysts – 2-3 ml;

Pigs (intramuscular or subcutaneous): synchronization of ovulation, increase in fertility – 0.5-1 ml (sows);

Horse (intramuscular): no flow, acyclical flow, stimulation of ovulation – 2 ml;
