フェンベンダゾールは、10種類以上の蠕虫の駆除および駆除に作用します。

剤型：白色から灰色の懸濁液。

成分：フェベンダゾール10%含有。

薬理作用：フェンベンダゾールは広範囲の駆虫作用を有し、動物に寄生する線虫、吸虫、条虫に対して有効です。

フェンベンダゾールは消化管から速やかに吸収されます。フェンベンダゾールの作用機序は、代謝阻害、フマル酸還元酵素活性阻害、およびATP合成阻害であり、蠕虫を死滅させます。

体への毒性作用の程度から判断すると、低有害性物質に分類され、推奨用量では変異原性、発がん性、局所刺激性は認められません。

体外には主に糞便とともに排出されます。

用途：蠕虫症、ヘモンコ症、オステオスタジア症、毛虫症、線虫症、クーパー症、食道吻合症、モニシア症、肝蛭症に罹患した動物の駆虫。

（使用法）

対象動物 蠕虫の種類 投与量（mL）/体重10kg

牛 線虫、条虫、吸虫 2.0～3.0mL体重10kgあたり（1回）

羊、山羊：線虫、条虫、吸虫：体重10kgあたり2.2mL（24時間後に再投与）

馬：線虫、条虫：体重10kgあたり1mL（1回）

豚：線虫：体重10kgあたり3.0mL（12時間後に再投与）

犬、猫：線虫、条虫、吸虫：体重10kgあたり1mL（1回）

副作用：適切な用法・用量を守れば、原則として副作用は認められません。

禁忌：本剤に対する過敏症。妊娠初期の雌、感染症患者、衰弱した動物には投与しないでください。

<使用上の注意>

肉用動物の屠殺は、本剤散布後14日以降に行うことができます。

指定期間内に殺処分された動物の肉は、毛皮動物の飼料または肉骨粉の製造に使用することができます。

本剤を投与された動物から得られた乳は、フェンベンダゾール散布後4日以内は食用として使用することを禁じられています。

ただし、投与された乳は動物の飼料として使用は可。

Fenbendazole works to remove and control of over 10 different kinds of worms

Description : It is a white to gray suspension.

Composition : 100 ml of the drug contains: fenbendazole – 10 g.

Pharmacological properties : Fenbendazole has a wide spectrum of anthelmintic action, is active against nematodes, trematodes and cestodes parasitizing animals. Fenbendazole is quickly absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract. The mechanism of action of fenbendazole consists in the disruption of metabolism, inhibition of fumarate reductase activity and ATP synthesis of the parasite, which leads to the death of helminths. According to the degree of toxic effect on the body, it belongs to low-hazard substances, in recommended doses it does not have a mutagenic, carcinogenic or locally irritating effect. It is excreted from the body mainly with feces.

Application: Deworming of animals with dictyokaulosis, haemonchosis, ostertagiosis, trichostrongylosis, nematodirosis, cooperiosis, esophagostomosis, moniesiosis and fasciolosis.

Dosage : The drug is used orally once. Before use, the bottle with the suspension should be shaken.

Dogs, cats :Nematodes, cestodes, trematodes    1 ml. per 10 kg m/body (once)

Side effects : With proper use and dosage, side effects, as a rule, are not observed.

Contraindications : Hypersensitivity to the drug. It is not allowed to be applied to pregnant females in the first trimester of pregnancy, as well as to patients with infectious diseases and exhausted animals.

Precautions : Slaughter of animals for meat is allowed 14 days after the application of the drug. The meat of animals forcibly killed before the expiration of the specified period can be used for feeding fur animals or for the production of meat and bone meal. Milk obtained from animals treated with the drug is forbidden to be used for food purposes within 4 days after applying fenbendazole. Such milk can be used to feed animals.

Release form : The drug is packaged in glass bottles of 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 or in plastic containers of 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000 ml.

Storage : In a dry place protected from light and inaccessible to children and animals at a temperature of 5°C to 15°C.
