有効成分：フェンベンダゾール 200mg/g<グラム＞

形状：無臭の白色の粉末状微粒子。

フェンベンダゾールはベンズイミダゾール系に属し、消化細胞の微小管を破壊し、蠕虫に神経毒性作用を引き起こします。

また様々な成長段階の幼虫に有害な影響を与え、蠕虫卵の殻の完全性を破壊し、それ以上の発育を阻害します。

効能・効果

牛、羊、山羊、豚、馬、肉食動物、毛皮動物、鶏、ガチョウにおける、線虫の成虫および未成熟体、条虫および吸虫類、ならびにそれらの卵の駆虫。

コイ科魚類のボトリオセファローシスの治療に効果を発揮します。

禁忌

抗ヒスタミン薬との併用、およびブロムサラン投与後7日間は本剤を投与しないでください。

（使用法）

本剤は飼料に混合し、朝の給餌時に投与してください。

各動物種に対する本剤の投与量は以下の通りです。

牛

回虫症、新回虫症、糞線虫症、糞線虫症→0-4g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に１回投与。

鞭毛虫症 →0.75g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に 2日間連続投与。

パラムフィストマシス→0.75 <グラム＞/10kgを目安に5日間連続投与。

二条虫症→ 1g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に 5日間連続投与。

囊虫症 →1.25g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に 3日間連続投与。

 

羊、山羊

新回虫症、原虫症、糞線虫症、毛条虫症 →0.25g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に 1回

鞭毛虫症→ 0.5g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に 2日間連続投与

回虫症、モニエシア症、チザニア症 →0.5g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に 1回

幼虫条虫：エキノコックス症、共尾虫症 →2g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に 3日間連続投与。

二条虫症→ 1g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に 3日間連続投与。

 

豚

回虫症、メタストロンギロシス、鞭毛虫症→ 0.5g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に 12時間ごとに１日２回投与。

食道吻合症、オルラノシス、糞線虫症→ 0.2g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に 12時間ごとに１日２回投与。

混合感染（予防）:

• 2～10週齢の子豚 →0.05g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に 週1回投与。

• 肥育用の若い家畜 →0.2g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に 月1回投与。

• エキノコックス症→ 1 g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に5日間連続投与。

 

馬

パラスカロシス →0.75g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に 1回投与。

腸管糞線虫症 →0.5g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に 1回投与。

糞線虫症（子馬）→ 0-4 g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に2日間連続投与。

 

犬、猫

鉤虫症、毛細管症、テニア症、鞭虫症、トキサスカロシス、トキソカラ症→ 2g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に 12時間ごとに3回投与。

 

毛皮動物（ホッキョクギツネ、キツネ）

混合線虫感染 →0.75g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に 2日間連続投与。

 

ウサギ

混合線虫感染 →0.5g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に 3日間連続投与。

 

鶏、七面鳥

回虫症、異虫症、毛細血管症 →0.5g＜グラム＞/10kgを目安に 4～5日間連続投与。

＜注意事項＞

本剤の最終使用後、牛、羊、山羊、豚は肉用として最終投与日10日後、家禽は3日後に屠殺で可。

動物の肝臓、肺、心臓は最終投与日から20日後、牛乳は2日後、魚は10日後から飲食可。

Description

White powder, micro-granular, odorless.

 

Pharmacological properties

Fenbendazole belongs to the benzimidazole group. Destroys microtubules of digestive cells and causes a neurotoxic effect in helminths. It has a detrimental effect on the larvae of different stages and destroys the integrity of the shells of helminth eggs, after which they are not able to develop further.

 

Indications

Treatment of cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, horses, carnivores and fur-bearing animals, chickens, geese when affected by mature and immature forms of nematodes, some types of cestodes and trematodes and their eggs. Treatment of fish of the carp family with botryocephallosis.

 

Contraindications

Do not use simultaneously with anti-fasciol drugs, as well as within 7 days after treatment with bromsalan.

 

Method of administration and dosage

The following medicinal feed mixture (LKS) is prepared for fish: 0.25 kg of the preparation is thoroughly mixed with 99.75 kg of compound feed and granulated. The therapeutic dose of LKS for the reservoir is 5% of the estimated weight of the fish. The daily dose is divided into 3-4 portions and introduced into the feeding places every 2 hours during the day, the course of treatment is 2 days. Other feed is not used these days. If before that the fish was fed with compound feed, then before the treatment it is necessary to accustom the fish to both compound feed and feeding places.

 

Caveats

After the last use of the drug, slaughter of cattle, sheep, goats, pigs for meat is allowed after 10 days, poultry – after 3 days. People can eat the liver, lungs, heart of animals after 20 days, milk – after 2 days, fish – after 10 days.
