（商品説明）

乳牛の卵巣起源の不妊症の治療と妊娠率の改善に効果を発揮する注射用レセプタクル0.004 mg / ml溶液。

溶液1 mlに含まれるもの：活性物質：ブセレリンアセテート0.0042mg（ブセレリン0.004mgに相当）。賦形剤：ベンジルアルコール20 mg。

対象種：牛、馬、ウサギ、豚（金）、マス。

乳牛の発情期と同時期、および10日間の定時授精レジメンの一部として、黄体溶解活性を持つPGF 2aアナログと組み合わせて使用​​した場合、これらの牛の受胎間隔までの分娩が減少し、成熟した卵胞の排卵を誘発させます。

固定時間人工授精プログラムを促進するために、発情期と同時期に使用すれば発情期後にブタ（雌ブタ）の排卵を誘発します。

また、ウサギの受胎率の改善と排卵の誘発のためや、ニジマスの卵の結合による剥ぎ取りを促進し、死亡率を減らすために使用します。

この製品は、妊娠率の改善、排卵の誘発などに使用することを目的としているため、妊娠中ではなく、交配または授精の前に使用する必要があります。

CLINICAL DATA: Target

species:

Cattle, horses, pigs and rabbits

Indications for use, specifying the target species:

Cows:

- Induction of ovulation or delayed ovulation

- Treatment of the anestrus

- Treatment of follicular cysts with or without signs of nymphomania.

- Increase in the fertility rate in artificial insemination, after synchronization

of estrus with a PGF2 analog. Results may depend on

breeding conditions .

Mares:

- Induction to ovulation and consequently synchronization of ovulation just before mating.

- Treatment of follicular cysts - with or without signs of nymphomania.

Rabbits for reproduction:

- Improvement of the fertility index and induction of ovulation in postpartum insemination.

Gilt sows (gilts):

Induction of ovulation after synchronization of heat with a progesterone analog (altrenogest) to perform artificial insemination.

Contraindications:

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.

Special warnings for each target species

Treatment with a GnRH analog is only symptomatic and does not eliminate the

underlying causes of the fertility disorder.

Gilt sows (gilts):

The use of the veterinary medicine used contrary to the recommended protocols can result in the formation of follicular cysts that can negatively affect fertility

and prolificacy. Using aseptic technique is recommended.

Specific precautions to be taken by the person administering the medicine to animals:

Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. In case of accidental contact, wash

with plenty of water. In case the skin comes into contact with the veterinary medicinal product, wash the

exposed area immediately with soap and water, as GnRH analogs are absorbed through the skin.

Pregnant women should not administer the veterinary medicinal product because it is

has observed in laboratory animals that buserelin is foetotoxic.

Given the potential effects on reproductive function, women of childbearing potential should handle the veterinary medicinal product with caution.

When administering the veterinary medicinal product, measures shall be taken to prevent accidental self-injection by properly restraining the animals and keeping the

application needle protected until the moment of injection.

In case of accidental self-injection, consult a doctor and show the package insert.

In cattle, horses and rabbits, the intramuscular (IM) route is preferable. The intravenous (iv) or subcutaneous

(s c.) Route can also be used .

In pigs, it is preferable to use the intramuscular (IM) route. The intravenous (iv) route can also be used.

Overdose (symptoms, emergency measures, antidotes), if necessary:

In the case of repeated administrations of a dose corresponding to 3.5 ml of veterinary drug, a decrease in feed consumption may be observed in sows

gilts after the second injection. This effect is temporary and no

specific treatment is required .
