本品は獣医師様及び日本税関で止められた際、ご自身で通関手続きが可能な方、もしくは弊社による通関手続き代行料として別途4900円（数量６点まで）をお支払い頂いたお客様のみに発送致します。

（１）獣医師様は、日本税関で止められましても、通関手続きなし（フリーパス）で問題なく商品がお受け取りできます。

（２）獣医師様以外の方は、税関で止められた場合、通関手続きが必要になりますが、手続きをされることでお受け取りが可能です。獣医師様以外のお客様がご自身で税関対応される場合は獣医師様発行の処方箋が必要になります。

（商品説明）

ペニシリン-ジヒドロストレプトマイシン結合の広範囲に亘る相乗的な殺菌作用を及ぼす抗生物質。

ペニシリンは細菌の細胞壁を攻撃するため、タンパク質合成を阻害しジヒドロストレプトマイシンの浸透を促進します。

<含有有効成分>

ベンザチンベンジルペニシリン-10 g、

プロカインベンジルペニシリン-10 g、

ジヒドロストレプトマイシン硫酸塩-16.4 g。

<有効成分の活性作用>

ペニシリンGは多くのG（+）バクテリアに対して広範囲にわたる活性作用を及ぼします。

ペニシリンGのベンザチン型は18〜24時間活性で、プロカイン型は最大5日間（実際には3日間）延長作用を示します。

ジヒドロストレプトマイシンは主にG（-）細菌に対して活性があり、ペニシリンGのスペクトルを完成させます

<下記動物の下記症状に有効です>

牛：パスツレラ肺炎、敗血症、子宮炎、レプトスピラ症、網状腹膜炎。

豚：敗血症、MMA症候群、丹毒、レプトスピラ症、呼吸器疾患の予防と治療。

羊/ヤギ：水疱性口内炎、関節炎、敗血症。

（使用法）

牛、豚、馬：3日ごとに5-10 mL / 100 kg を目安に1回注射。

子牛、子馬、子豚、小動物：3日ごとに1-2 mL / 25 kg を目安に1回注射。

<禁忌>

ペニシリンに敏感な動物には注意して使用してください。

ウサギに投与しないでください。

Shotapen 100ml Injection

Treatment of bacterial infections caused by susceptible to penicillin and

dihydrostreptomycin in cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, horses, dogs and cats microorganisms.

Composition: Per 100 ml:

Benzathine benzyl­penicillin – 10 g,

Procaine benzylpenicillin – 10 g,

Dihydrostreptomycin sulfate – 16,4 g.

Pharmacological characteristics: The synergistic bactericidal action of the penicillin-dihydrostrepto­mycin association covers a very wide spectrum of micro­orga­nisms. Penicillin attacks bacterial cell walls and thus enhances the penetration of di­hydrostreptomycin which interferes w/ the protein synthesis. Penicillin G is active against many G(+) bacteria. Its distribution is wide. The benzathine form of penicillin G is active for 18-24 hrs and the procaine form gives an extended action up to 5 days (3 days in practice). Dihydrostreptomycin is mainly active against G(-) bacteria and thus completes the spectrum of penicillin G.

Indications for use specifying the target species:

Cattle: Pasteurellosis pneumonia, septi­cemia, metritis, leptospirosis and reticulo-peritonitis.

Swine: Septicemia, MMA syn­drome, erysipelas, leptospirosis, prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases.

Sheep/goats: Vesicular stomatitis, arthritis and septicemia.

Dosage: For IM injection.

Cattle, pigs and horses: 1 inj of 5-10 mL/100 kg BW every 3 days.

Calves, foals, piglets, small animals: 1 inj of 1-2 mL/25 kg BW every 3 days.

Contraindications: Use with care to animals sensitive to penicillin. Do not administer to rabbits.
