本品は獣医師様及び日本税関で止められた際、ご自身で通関手続きが可能な方、もしくは弊社による通関手続き代行料として別途4900円（数量６点まで）をお支払い頂いたお客様のみに発送致します。

（１）獣医師様は、日本税関で止められましても、通関手続きなし（フリーパス）で問題なく商品がお受け取りできます。

（２）獣医師様以外の方は、税関で止められた場合、通関手続きが必要になりますが、手続きをされることでお受け取りが可能です。獣医師様以外のお客様がご自身で税関対応される場合は獣医師様発行の処方箋が必要になります。

（３）獣医師様以外のご自身での税関対応が不可のお客様には手続き代行料として別途4900円（数量６点まで）をお支払い頂きましたら、弊社側で手続き代行し、お手元にお届け致します。

（商品説明）

当薬剤は、アモキシシリン三水和物として150 mg / mlのアモキシシリンを含むオフホワイトの油性懸濁液です。

クラモキシル注射液は効果が長時間作用し、羊、犬、猫などが感染しやすい微生物によって引き起こされる感染症の制御に適しています。

また、細菌が病気の主要因でなはない状況で、抵抗力が弱まっている感染しやすい状態で、細菌の侵入を制御する予防薬として使用することもできます。

クラモキシルLAの特定の適応症注射は以下の通りです。

1.腸炎を含む消化管感染症。

2.呼吸器感染症。

3.膀胱炎および子宮炎を含む泌尿生殖器感染症。

4.皮膚、軟部組織の感染症、創傷、膿瘍、足の感染症、関節やへその病気。

5.手術前の注射による術後感染の予防。

（使用法）

推奨投与量は15 mg / kg＝1 ml / 10 kgを目安に注射投与。

必要に応じて、48時間後に投与を繰り返すことことも可。

必ず獣医師の指示の下、適切に投与して下さい。

Clamoxyl Long Acting 150 mg/ml Suspension for Injection

Presentation

Clamoxyl Long Acting 150 mg/ml Suspension for Injection is an off-white oily suspension containing 150 mg/ml amoxicillin as Amoxicillin trihydrate.

Clamoxyl Long Acting Suspension for Injection is suitable for the control of infections caused by susceptible organisms in sheep, dogs and cats where prolonged activity from a single injection is required. It may also be used to control secondary bacterial invasion in conditions where bacteria are not a primary cause of disease.

Particular indications for Clamoxyl L.A. Injection are:

1.Alimentary tract infections, including enteritis.

2.Respiratory tract infections.

3.Urogenital tract infections, including cystitis and metritis.

4.Skin and soft tissue infections, including wounds, abscesses, foot infections, joint and navel ill.

5.Prevention of post-operative infections by injection prior to surgery.

Dosage and administration

The recommended dosage rate is 15 mg/kg bodyweight, which is equivalent to 1 ml/10 kg. If necessary, the dose may be repeated after 48 hours.
