（商品説明）

1mlに含まれる有効成分

・ペニシリンGプロカイン200000IU;

・硫酸ジヒドロストレプトマイシン250mg;

・ベタメタゾン0.5mg;

・クロロフェニルアミンリンゴ酸塩8mg;

・プロカイン塩酸塩15mg;

ペニシリンGプロカインはベータラクタム系抗生物質であり、グラム陽性菌およびグラム陰性菌に対して幅広い殺菌作用があります。

プロカインペニシリンGの速い浸透作用は、ベンザチンペニシリンGの長時間作用型の特性で補強強化されています。活性のスペクトルは、ジヒドロ-ストレプトマイシン硫酸塩によって拡大されていきます。

様々な細菌によって引き起こされる感染症の治療に有効です。

気道、泌尿生殖器系、筋骨格系、大腸菌症、サルモネロシス、パスツレラ症、胃腸炎、乳腺炎、外科的、創傷、分娩後およびその他の原発性および続発性の急性および慢性疾患の治療のために、牛、馬、豚、犬および猫に投与可能です。

病原体がペニシリンとストレプトマイシンに敏感である細菌病因の感染症にも有効です。

対象動物：牛、羊、山羊、豚、犬、猫。

 （使用法）

動物には、以下の用量で1日1回筋肉内注射で投与。

治療期間は3〜5日が目安です。

・重度の病気の場合：動物の体重44ポンド（20 kg）あたり1mlの目安で投与。

・通常、動物の体重22ポンド（10 kg）あたり1 mlの割合で投与。

・小さな牛の場合、豚、犬、猫は、動物の体重22ポンド（10 kg）あたり1ml投与。

・犬と猫– 1日1匹あたり0.5〜2mlを最大限に投与。

・一箇所に投与する製剤の最大量は、牛と馬で20 ml、豚で10 ml、子牛と羊で5 ml、子豚で2.5mlを超えてはなりません。

必ず獣医師の指示に従って投与して下さい。

＜使用上の注意＞

使用前に、均一な懸濁液が得られるまでボトルの内容物を完全に振とうします。

2〜3日以内に目立った臨床的改善が見られない場合は、ペニシリンとジヒドロストレプトマイシンに対する微生物の感受性を再検討することをお勧めします。

<禁忌＞

ペニシリンおよびジヒドロストレプトマイシンに対する過敏症。ウサギ、モルモット、ハムスター、その他の小さな草食動物、および腎機能障害のある動物は使用しないでください。

＜副作用＞

考えられるアレルギー反応。皮膚の短期間の発疹、発熱、嘔吐、震え、不安、協調運動不全の場合があります。

＜注意＞

食肉のために屠殺するのは投与終了後30日経過後。

人間が消費するための搾乳の場合は薬物適用から3日経過後。

Composition :

1 ml of the preparation contains

active ingredients:

Penicillin G procaine 200000  IU;

Dihydrostreptomycin sulfate 250 mg;

Betamethasone 0.5 mg;

Chlorophenylamine malate 8 mg;

Procaine hydrochloride 15 mg;

Pharmacological properties :

Penicillin G procaine is an antibiotic of beta-lactam series, which has a wide range of bactericidal action against Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms: Corynebacterium pyogenes, Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Listeria spp., Pasteurella haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp. The basis of the mechanism of action of the substance is violation of the synthesis of peptidoglycan, a mucopeptide of the cellular membrane, which leads to inhibition of the synthesis of the cell wall of microorganisms, suppression of growth and reproduction of bacteria.

Dihydrostreptomycin sulfate is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that has a bactericidal effect on gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms (Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., Yersinia spp., Klebsiella spp., Haemophilus influenzae, Staphylococcus spp., Corynebacterium pyogenes). The bactericidal effect of the substance is due to the binding of the bacterial ribosome to the 308-subunit, which further leads to the suppression of protein synthesis.

Chlorophenylamine malate acts as a desensitizing, antihistamine agent. It improves respiratory processes.

Betamethasone – a synthetic corticosteroid, has a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect.

Procaine hydrochloride – local anesthetic agent that exhibits analgesic and hypotensive effect. With parenteral use of procaine hydrochloride reduces the production of acetylcholine, which reduces the excitability of peripheral choline reactive systems, promotes the emergence of blocking effects on vegetative ganglia, reduces spasms of smooth muscles, reduces the excitation of myocardium and motor cortex zones.

Application :

Assigned to cattle, horses, pigs, dogs and cats for the treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the respiratory tract, genitourinary system, musculoskeletal system, colibacillosis, salmonellosis, pasteurellosis, gastroenterocolitis, mastitis, surgical, wound, postpartum and other primary and secondary infections of bacterial etiology, whose pathogens are sensitive to penicillin and streptomycin.

Dosage:

Animals are given deep intramuscular injection once a day in the following doses:

The course of treatment is 3 – 5 days.

Adult cattle and horses at the rate of 1 ml per 44lb (20 kg) of animal weight, in case of severe illness,

calves and foals weighing up to 132lb (60 kg) at the rate of 1 ml per 22lb (10 kg) of animal weight.

For small cattle, pigs, dogs and cats use 1 ml of the preparation per 22lb (10 kg) of animal weight.

Dogs and Cats – 0.5-2 ml per animal per day.

The maximum volume of the preparation to be administered in one place should not exceed 20 ml for cattle and horses, 10 ml for pigs, 5 ml for calves and sheep, 2.5 ml for piglets.

Before use, the contents of the bottle are thoroughly shaken until a homogeneous suspension is obtained.

If within 2-3 days there is no noticeable clinical improvement, it is recommended to re-examine the sensitivity of microorganisms to penicillin and dihydrostreptomycin.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to penicillins and dihydrostreptomycin. Do not use rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and other small herbivores, as well as animals with impaired kidney function.

Side effects:

Possible allergic reactions. Sometimes there are cases of short-term rashes on the skin, fever, vomiting, shivering, anxiety and poor coordination.

Small and short-term reactions are possible at the injection site.

Cautions:

Killing animals for meat is allowed after 30 days, consumption of milk for human consumption – after 3 days (6 milking) after the last application of the drug. Meat and milk received by the deadline are disposed of or fed to unproductive animals, depending on the opinion of the veterinarian.
