（商品説明）

マクロライド系抗生物質注射液。

グラム陽性菌および一部のグラム陰性菌（球菌、コリネバクテリウム、クロストリジウム、セルプリナ（スピロケタ）、ビブリオ、レプトスピラ、ブルセラ、ナイセリア、ヘモフィルス、大型ウイルス、クラミディア、一部の嫌気性微生物を含む）に対して静菌効果を持つマクロライド抗生物質です。

主に犬、猫の大腸炎、腸バクテリア、軟組織の感染症や、家畜の感染症、食用動物の成長促進物質として食品に添加される他、小動物に対しては大腸炎治療、気道、皮膚の感染症の他、様々な感染症治療に用いられます。

具体的には以下の症例に効果的です。

大小の反芻動物、豚、犬の呼吸器疾患（鼻炎、扁桃炎、喉頭炎、気管支炎、肺炎など）;壊死性腸炎、紅斑、流行性気管支肺炎、ブタの赤痢;乳腺炎および子宮内膜炎、羊および山羊の感染性無痛症;マイコプラズマ起源の関節炎;牛と羊のビブリオ症;パナリティウム、耳炎、および感染した創傷;レプトスピラ症;子牛と牛の感染性結膜炎。

（使用法）

症例と症状に応じ１日１回を目安におおよそ３－５日間、適量を筋肉内注射。

体重別投与目安（大型動物対象）は以下の通り。

犬：0.5-2ml/10kg

豚：2.5ml/50kg

羊：2.5ml/50kg

山羊：3.0ml/50kg

子牛：3-5ml/100kg

注）１か所につき10ml以上は投与しないで下さい。

＜禁忌＞

本剤は、馬、ウサギ、モルモット、ハムスター、および新生動物には使用しないでください。

保管の際は、しっかり密閉し湿気の少ない場所で直射日光に当たらないよう保管して下さい。

Tylovet B200 200 mg/ml Tylosin 100 ml

COMPOSITION

Tylosin tartrate, equivalent to tylosin 0.2 g Excipients up to 1.0 ml

PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION

Tylosin is a macrolide antibiotic with a bacteriostatic effect against Gram-positive and some Gramnegative microorganisms - cocci, Corynebacterium, Clostridium, Serpulina (Spirochaeta), Vibrio, Leptospira, Brucella, Neisseria, Haemophilus, large viruses, Chlamydia, including also some anaerobic microorganisms, etc. It is highly effective against Mycoplasma. Applied intramuscularly, the antibiotic is quickly resorbed reaching maximal concentration in blood one hour after the injection. During the first 8 hours blood levels are higher than these reached after treatment with the preparation Tylovet B-200 (applied at the same doses). Excretion is mainly through urine and bile (the feces respectively), with milk in lactating animals, and also with sperm in brood animals. It is compatible with tetracycline, sulfanilamides, erythromycin and spectinomycin. Its solution is sensitive to light (disintegration occurs).

INDICATIONS

Respiratory diseases in large and small ruminants, pigs, dogs (rhinitis, tonsillitis, laryngitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, etc.); necrotic enteritis, erythema, enzootic bronchopneumonia, dysentery in pigs; mastitis and endometritis, infectious agalactia in sheep and goats; arthritis of mycoplasmic origin; vibriosis in cows and sheep; panaritium, otitis, and infected wounds; leptospirosis; infectious conjunctivitis in calves and cows.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

The product must not be applied to horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters as well as in newly-born animals.

MODE OF ADMINISTRATION

Intramuscularly! Do not apply more than 10 ml at one site.

DOSAGE

Animal species Tylovet - 200 inj. solution Large ruminants Calves Sheep and goats Pigs Dogs 3.0 - 5.0 ml/100 kg b.w. 2.5 ml/50 kg b.w. 3.0 ml/50 kg b.w. 2.5 ml/50 kg b.w. 0.5 - 2 ml / 10 kg b.w. The preparation must be administered once daily for 3 5 days.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

For meat and milk - 5 days after the administration of the preparation. STORAGE In the original container, well closed, in dry facilities, protected from direct sunlight at temperature between 8 and 15°C. SHELF LIFE Eighteen (18) months from the date of manufacture.
