ヨーロッパで使われている大型動物用（主に牛・豚用）寄生虫駆除薬。犬にも使用可。

メリアル社のアイボメックと同じ効果・効能を有する駆虫薬です。

少量で下記の内部・外部寄生虫の駆除に効果を発揮します。

１．内部寄生虫

(1)胃腸の回虫：紅色毛様千虫（成虫、幼虫第４ステージ）、腸結節虫（成虫、幼虫第４ステージ）、糞千虫（成虫）

(2)肺虫：豚肺虫（成虫）

(3)腎虫：豚腎虫（成虫）

２．外部寄生虫

(1)ブタジラミ、ヒゼンダニ

上記記載は主にブタに対する効果ですが、犬に対しては主に疥癬、ダニなどの寄生虫駆除に用いられます。

フィラリア幼虫の駆虫に用いられることも可ですが、症状にかかわらず、かなり強い薬ですので、使用には細心の注意が必要です。特に小型犬に対してはかなりの希釈で使用されます。

（使用方法）

アイボメック1ml中にイベルメクチン10mg含有。

下記の表を目安に注入。

症状、犬の健康状態によって投与量や投与回数が変わってきますので、獣医師と必ず相談の上、ご使用下さい。

食肉用家畜に対しては以下を目安に皮下投与。 

（１）子牛、牛、ヤギ、羊:1ml/50kg 

（２）豚:1ml/33kg 

成分が体外に排出されるまでに要する日数。 

（１）子牛、牛、ヤギ、羊:28日 

（２）豚:21日

Intermectin(Ivermectin1%) 100ml injectable

 Composition

 Contains per ml:Ivermectin10 mg.

Excipients ad:1 ml.

 Description

Ivermectin belongs to the group of avermectins and acts against roundworms and parasites.

Indications

Treatment of gastrointestinal roundworms and lungworm infections, lice, oestriasis and scabies in calves, cattle, goats, sheep and swine.

 Contra indications

Administration to lactating animals.

 Side effects

When ivermectin comes in contact with soil, it readily and tightly binds to the soil and becomes inactive over time.

Free ivermectin may adversely affect fish and some water borne organisms on which they feed.

 Dosage

For subcutaneous administration.

Calves, cattle, goats and sheep:1 ml per 50 kg body weight.

 Swine:1 ml per 33 kg body weight.

 Withdrawal times

– For meat

Calves, cattle, goats and sheep : 28 days.

Swine : 21 days.
