回虫による病気の治療、若い鶏の外部寄生虫による病の治療と予防。

広範囲の抗寄生虫作用があり、消化管の線虫や卵臭侵入の軽度の病原体に対して有効です。

家禽の内寄生虫および外寄生虫に顕著な効果があり、線虫の幼虫期および半成熟期、家禽に寄生する昆虫、肉ダニなどに抗寄生効果があります。

寄生虫の体に対する作用機序は、イベメクチンが神経伝達物質抑制因子であるガンマアミノ油酸 (GABA) の分泌を刺激し、寄生虫の腹胴部の挿入ニューロンと運動興奮性ニューロン間のインパルス伝達を遮断し、寄生虫を倒して死滅させます。

＜主に以下の疾患に有効＞

– アカラゼ (クネミドコプトシス、表皮下垂症、マロファゴシス)。

– 昆虫症（ニワトリシラミ）

– 線虫症（鶏のヘテロアシドーシスおよび回虫症、ガチョウのアミドストーマ症、毛細血管疾患、糞線虫症）

＜用途＞

ブロイラーおよび若鶏に主にに使用され、クモ虫症および線虫症の治療および予防に使用されます。クモ虫症を効果的に予防するために、鳥小屋の治療にダニ駆除剤を並行して使用します。若鶏の修復に使用することを推奨します：

若鶏の回復期には、飲料水で薬剤を与えることをお勧めします。計算された薬剤量を、日中に鶏が摂取する飲料水の 4 分の 1 で希釈します。午前中に水に溶かした薬剤を煮沸し、煮沸前に 2 時間飲料水の供給を停止することをお勧めします。

（使用法）

– 内部寄生虫に対して: 体重 25 kgあたり 1 ml（イベルメクチン 0.4 mg / 体重 1 kgに相当）を経口投与。必要に応じて、15 日後に再投与を繰り返します。

– 外部寄生虫に対して: 体重 25 kg あたり 1 ml、（イベルメクチン 0.4 mg / 体重1 kgに相当）を経口投与。必要に応じて、2 日以内に再投与し、これを 15 日期間内の間で繰り返します。

＜禁忌＞

イベルメクチンは安全な物質であり、推奨用量で製剤を投与した場合、過剰摂取の臨床的兆候は観察されません。ただし、過剰摂取の場合は、対症療法を適用する必要があります。

＜注意＞

イベルメクチンは安全な物質ではなく、推奨用量以上は使用しないでください。過剰摂取の臨床的兆候は次のとおりです。

休薬期間: 肉 – 8 日間。

産卵期開始の 20 日前には製剤を使用しないでください。

＜保管＞

製剤は、密閉包装で、直射日光を避け、40 ～ 77F (5 ～ 25 °C) の温度で、乾燥した換気の良い場所に保管してください。

保存期間 – 2 年。

水に溶かした製剤は、12 時間以内に使用してください。

Description

Oral solution – preparation for treatment of diseases caused by round worms, treatment and prevention of diseases caused by ectoparasites in young chickens.

It has a wide spectrum of antiparasitic action, is active against nematodes of gastrointestinal tract and light pathogens of ovodorous invasions.

Composition :

100 ml of the preparation contain

active ingredient :

ivermectin – 1 gram.

Pharmacological action :

The active ingredient of the preparation is ivermectin, which belongs to the compounds that are produced by the microorganisms of the avermectin group (Streptomices avermitis).

The preparation has a pronounced effect on endo- and ectoparasites of poultry, antiparasitic effect on larval and semi-mature phases of nematode development, insects parasitizing on poultry, sarcoptoid ticks…

The mechanism of action on the body of the parasite is that ivemectin stimulates the secretion of neurotransmitter inhibition of gamma-amino-oil acid (GABA), resulting in a block transmission of impulse between the insertion and motor excitatory neurons of the abdominal trunk of the parasite, and this leads to the defeat and death of the parasite.

It is active against the following diseases:

– Acarose (knemidocoptosis, epidermoptosis, mallophagosis).

– Entomosis (chicken lice)

– Nematodosis (heteracidosis and ascariasis of chickens, geese amidostomosis, capillary disease, strongyloidosis)

Application :

Appointed to broilers and repair young chickens for the treatment and prevention of arachno-entomoses and nematodoses.

In order to successfully prevent arachnoe-enthomoses, acaricide drugs are used in parallel for the treatment of bird houses.

It is recommended to use repair young chickens:

– For diseases caused by round worms: Ascaridia spp, Capillaria spp, and Strongyloides spp;

– For the treatment and prevention of diseases caused by ectoparasites: ticks (Dermatnyssus gallinea, Ornithodoros sylviarum), lice (Menacanthus stramineus, Menopon gallinea).

Dosage :

It is recommended to give the drug to repair young chickens with drinking water. The calculated amount of the drug is diluted in one fourth of the drinking water that the bird receives during the day. It is recommended to boil out the drug dissolved in water in the morning, and before boiling stop the supply of drinking water for two hours.

Doses :

– Against endoparasites: 1 ml per 55lb (25 kg) body weight, equivalent to 0.4 mg ivermectin / 2.2lb (1kg) body weight

If necessary, the treatment with the drug is repeated after 15 days.

– Against ectoparasites: 1 ml per 55lb (25 kg) body weight, which is equivalent to 0.4 mg ivermectin / 2.2lb (1kg) body weight

Within two days, if necessary, the treatment with the preparation shall be repeated in 15 days.

Contraindications :

Ivermectin refers to safe substances and at application of the preparation in recommended doses of clinical signs of overdose are not observed. However, in cases of overdose, symptomatic treatment should be applied.

Caution :

Ivermectin is not a safe substance and should not be used in the recommended doses of clinical signs of overdose:

The period of withdrawal is: meat – 8 days.

Do not use the preparation 20 days before the beginning of the oviposition period.

Storage :

Store the preparation in a closed factory package in a dry, ventilated place protected from direct sunlight at temperatures between 40-77F (5 to 25 ° C).

Shelf life – 2 years.

The preparation dissolved in water should be used within 12 hours.
