有効成分：アモキシシリントリヒドレート 150mg/ml

薬理学的性質：

アモキシシリンは、広域スペクトルのアミノペニシリン系抗生物質です。

トランスペプチダーゼおよびカルボキシペプチダーゼ酵素を阻害することにより、細菌細胞壁の合成を阻害し、浸透圧の不均衡を引き起こして、増殖期の微生物を死滅させます。

また、グラム陽性菌およびグラム陰性菌（放線菌属、炭疽菌、クロストリジウム属、コリネバクテリウム属、リステリア・モノサイトゲネス、ブドウ球菌属、連鎖球菌属、アクチノバチルス属）に対して活性を示します。

用途：

アモキシシリンに感受性のある微生物によって引き起こされる、牛、羊、豚、犬、猫の消化器系、呼吸器系、泌尿器系、皮膚および軟部組織の疾患の治療に効果を発揮。

（使用法）

使用前にボトルをよく振ってください。

体重10kgあたり1ml（動物体重1kgあたりアモキシシリン15mgに相当）を1回、筋肉内または皮下注射にて投与。

48時間以内に回復しない場合は、治療を見直す必要があります。

＜禁忌＞

馬、ウサギ、モルモット、ハムスター、およびアモキシシリン過敏症のある動物には使用しないでください。

＜注意事項＞

食肉用の動物の屠殺は、本剤の最終投与から14日後に許可されます。

最終投与48時間（搾乳4時間）経過後、食用としての牛乳の摂取が許可されます。この期間前に得られた肉および牛乳は、獣医師の判断に基づき、廃棄するか、繁殖能力のない動物に与えてください。

Pharmacological properties:

Amoxicillin is a broad-spectrum aminopenicillin antibiotic.

Amoxicillin disrupts the synthesis of the bacterial cell wall by inhibiting transpeptidase and carboxypeptidase enzymes, which causes osmotic imbalance and death of the microorganism in the growth phase. Amoxicillin is active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria: Actinomyces spp., Bacillus anthracis, Clostridium spp., Corynebacterium spp, Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Actinobacillus spp.

Application:

Treatment of cattle, sheep, pigs, dogs and cats for diseases of the digestive tract, respiratory and urinary system, skin and soft tissues caused by microorganisms sensitive to amoxicillin.

Dosage:

Shake the bottle thoroughly before use!

Intramuscularly or subcutaneously, once in a dose of 1 ml per 22 lb (10 kg) of body weight (corresponds to 15 mg of amoxicillin per 1 kg of animal weight).

Contraindications:

Do not use horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and animals with hypersensitivity to amoxicillin.

Cautions:
