（使用方法）

投与間隔は週に1回です。

初回投与量：体重1kg当たりエンフリコキシブ8mg。

維持用量：体重1kgあたりエンフリコキシブ4mgの用量で7日ごとに治療を繰り返します。

動物用医薬品は犬の食事の直前または食事と一緒に与えてください。 正しい用量を確実に投与するために、治療を受ける動物の体重を正確に測定する必要があります。

必要に応じて、過剰摂取（症状、緊急処置、解毒剤）

初期負荷用量で、12 mg/kg 体重で 7 か月間、および 20 mg/kg 体重で 3 か月間毎週連続投与した過剰摂取安全性研究では、血中尿素の上昇の証拠がありました。 そして血清コレステロール値。 その他の治療に関連した影響は検出されませんでした。

＜注意＞

当薬剤を含め関節炎の炎症成分を物理的に治療する薬剤というものは存在しないため、運動や体重管理によって犬の健康を維持することも心がけて下さい。

Daxocox (Enflicoxib70mg)4Tablets for Dogs

Daxocox Tablets for Dogs have been shown to be effective for the treatment of osteoarthritis in dogs. Daxocox is a fast acting, non-steroidal oral anti-inflammatory drug that can be given once a week to provide consistent pain control. Each tablet should be administered with food and at the same time each day.

Daxocox for Dogs is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug indicated for the treatment of pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis (or degenerative joint disease) in dogs. Daxocox is designed to support your dog's healthy lifestyle by providing consistent analgesic (pain relief) and anti-inflammatory action over an extended period. Note that no NSAID, including Daxocox, can cure osteoarthritis. There is no physical cure for the inflammatory component of arthritis. Many affected dogs, however, may not require all pain relief medications if their joint health can be maintained through exercise and weight management.

Daxocox is a once-a-week, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug indicated to treat pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis (or degenerative joint disease). Daxocox may be given alone or in combination with other analgesic drugs. Daxocox is an easy-to-administer tablet administered orally once a week that provides consistent pain control.

Amounts to be administered and administration route

Oral use.

Dosing interval is ONCE PER WEEK.

First dose: 8 mg enflicoxib per kg body weight.

Maintenance dose: repeat the treatment every 7 days at the dose of 4 mg enflicoxib per kg body weight.

The veterinary medicinal product should be given immediately before or with the dog’s meal. The bodyweight of animals to be treated should be accurately determined to ensure administration of the correct dose.

Overdose (symptoms, emergency procedures, antidotes), if necessary

In overdose safety studies at a continuous weekly administration at 12 mg/kg body weight for a period of 7 months and at 20 mg/kg body weight for a period of 3 months, with an initial loading dose, there was evidence of elevated blood urea and serum cholesterol levels. No other associated treatment related effects were detected.
