WITNESS 黄体形成ホルモン (LH) テスト キットは、ケアの時点で犬と猫の血清中の LH サージの日を特定することにより、繁殖に最適な時期を特定するのに役立つ使いやすいテストです。 また、卵巣摘出された雌の生体と性的損傷のない雌の生体を区別するのにも役立ちます。

生殖効率を最大化するために雌犬の交配のタイミングを最適化するために使用されます。

雌犬の出産日を予測するために使用されます。

雌犬の去勢状態やクィーンを判断できます。

除核後の卵巣残骸の検出に使用できます。

（使用方法）

繁殖目的のために、血清プロゲステロンレベルおよび膣細胞診と併せて判断することができる。

去勢された雌やクィーンの雌の場合Witness® LH は 2 時間間隔で 2 回連続して陽性になります。

卵巣残骸の検出では、陰性の検査は卵巣残骸の存在を示します。 陽性の場合は 2 時間後に 2 回目の検査を行う必要があります。この時点で、陽性の場合は残存卵巣がないことを示し、陰性の場合は残存卵巣が存在することを示します。

Descripition

The WITNESS Luteinizing Hormone (LH) Test Kit is an easy-to-use test to help pinpoint the optimum time for breeding by identifying the day of the LH surge in canine and feline serum, at the point of care. It may also aid in distinguishing between ovariectomized females from those that are sexually intact.

Dosage

For breeding purposes, interpretation in conjunction with serum progesterone levels and vaginal cytology may be employed.

In desexed bitches and queens, Witness® LH will be positive on 2 consecutive tests 2 hours apart.

In detection of ovarian remnants, a negative test indicates presence of ovarian remnants. A positive test should be followed with a second test 2 hours later, at which time a positive test would indicate absence of ovarian remnants and a negative test would indicate presence of ovarian remnants.
