（商品説明）

有効成分：プロゲステロン25mg/ml

黄体天然ホルモンの生物学的治療効果の有効性のある注射液製剤。

子宮の筋肉の興奮性と収縮を軽減し、受精に必要な条件を作り出し、オキシトシンに対する子宮の感受性を低下させ、乳腺の機能的活動を刺激。

投与後、注射部位から速やかに吸収され、動物の臓器や組織に広く拡散分布後、肝臓で代謝の後、尿として約50～60％、便として約10％排出。

プロゲステロン溶液の身体への影響の程度は低リスクと認められており、組織への刺激作用は認められません。

プロゲステロンは、牛、馬、豚、犬において有効であり、主に中絶の予防、黄体の機能が不十分な胎児死亡の予防、卵巣機能不全の動物の治療、尿漏れの抑制、動物が正常に沈着した場合の中絶を防ぎ、発情を抑制するために使用されます。

下記の症状に適応性があります。

無月経、 無排卵性子宮出血、 内分泌性不妊症（黄体欠乏症によるものを含む）、 流産、 稀発月経、 アルゴディス月経（性腺機能低下症に対する）。

（使用法）

使用前に、薬剤の入ったアンプルを85〜105F（30〜40℃）の水浴でわずかに加熱。中の結晶物が完全に溶解するのを確認してから以下の容量を目安に筋肉内または皮下注射。

馬 ：（400 ～ 500 kg)– 0.01 ml/kg

牛 ：（300 ～ 400 kg)– 0.01 ml/kg

小型反芻動物 ：（110 ～ 135 kg) – 0.01 ml/kg

豚 ： (50-60 kg) 0.02 ml/kg

犬 ：(10-12 kg)  0.002 ml/kg

Composition

1 ml of the preparation contains

the active ingredient:

Progesterone – 25 mg. 

Pharmacological properties:

The drug has biological and therapeutic effect of natural hormone of the yellow body: reduces excitability and contraction of uterine muscles, creates the necessary conditions for fertilization, reduces the sensitivity of the uterus to oxytocin, stimulates the functional activity of the mammary gland.

After administration, the drug is quickly absorbed from the injection site and distributed in the organs and tissues of the animal. It is metabolized in the liver. It is eliminated with urine 50-60% and faeces 10%.

The degree of impact on the body of progesterone solution refers to substances of low risk, has no irritating effect on the tissue. 

Application:

Progesterone is used in cattle, horses, pigs and dogs to prevent abortion, prevent embryonic mortality, with insufficient function of the yellow body, treatment of animals with ovarian dysfunction, leakage inhibition and sexual hunting

Progesterone solution is used by animals to prevent abortions in case of normal deposition, for inhibition of heat. 

Indications for use:

– amenorrhoea

– anovulatory uterine bleeding

– Endocrine infertility, including those caused by yellow body deficiency

– miscarriage

– oligomenorrhoea

– algodismenorrhea (against hypogonadism) 

How to use it:

Before use, the ampoule with the drug is slightly heated in a water bath 85-105F (to 30-40 ˚ C). In case of loss of crystals, the ampoule is heated in a boiling water bath until it dissolves completely.

It is injected intramuscularly or subcutaneously.

Used intramuscularly or subcutaneously once a day at intervals of 4-7 days in a row, 0.025-0.1 grams in the form of an oil 2.5% solution. 

Doses in ml per kg of live weight:

Horses 880-1100 lb (400-500 kg) – 0.01 ml

Cattle 660-880 lb (300-400 kg) – 0.01 ml

Small ruminants 110-135 lb (50-60 kg) – 0.01 ml

Pigs 110-135 lb (50-60 kg) 0.02 ml

Dogs 22-27 lb (10-12 kg) 0.002 ml 

Contraindications:

No contraindications to the use of progesterone solution have been established. 

Cautions:

Livestock products are used without restrictions during and after application of progesterone solution. 

Storage:

Dry, cool, light-proof place.

Store in a dark place at temperatures from 60-77F (15 ºC to 25 ºC).

Shelf life – 5 years from the date of manufacture.
