エリスロマイシンに由来する半合成マクロライド抗生物質。

特定の細菌感染症を治療するために獣医師の間で最も一般的に使用されます。

アジスロマイシンは、半減期が長く、犬、猫においても吸収・浸透作用がよいことからエリスロマイシンよりもよく使用されます。

主に、犬や猫の連鎖球菌、ブドウ球菌、バルトネラヘンセラ、一部のクラミジア、ヘモフィルス属、マイコプラズマ属、ボレリアブルグドルフェリなどの細菌感染症に治療に効果的です。

皮膚科感染症、泌尿生殖器感染症、気道感染症および中耳炎を含む多くのタイプの感染症に効果的です。

（使用法）

犬：5～10mg/kgを目安に１日１回の経口投与を連続７日間連続で経口投与。

猫：5～15mg/kgを目安に１２～２４時間単位で７日間連続で、経口投与。

使用期間や頻度は症状によって変わってきますので、必ず獣医師の指示に従って投与して下さい。

食餌の少なくとも1時間前または2時間後に単回経口投与する必要があります。正確な投与量は、経口投与シリンジまたは計量スプーンで測定されます。

ボトル内で事前に沸騰させて冷却した水12 mlを希釈し、よく振って均一な懸濁投与液にして下さい。使用する前に、よく振ってから投与して下さい。

＜注意＞

腹部の不快感、嘔吐、下痢などが発生する場合があります。

可能性はまれですが、血管浮腫および黄疸もアジスロマイシンの服用により発生する可能性があります。

深刻な潜在的な副作用には、心不整脈、心室頻拍および腎機能の問題が発生する可能性があります。

Method of administration
Azatril should be administered as a single oral dose , at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating . The exact dosage is measured by means of oral dosing syringe or a measuring spoon .
In bottle dilute 12 ml pre- boiled and cooled water , and then was shaken well to obtain a homogeneous suspension . Before each use, the suspension should be shaken .
