抗癌剤エンドキサンのジェネリック品。

もともと人間用医薬品（抗癌剤）ですが、動物にも効果があることから動物に対する療薬としてもっとも一般的に使われている抗癌剤です。リンパ種にもっとも効き目があると言われており、白血病にも効果があります。

主に血液癌、乳癌、非小細胞肺癌、卵巣癌などの治療によく使われます。

 cyclophosphamide　Indications

During a regime of combined chemotherapy with other antineoplastic drugs or in the form of monotherapy of diseases:

- adjuvant therapy for breast cancer after tumor resection or mastectomy;

- palliative therapy for metastatic breast cancer;

- autoimmune diseases with life-threatening progression, namely, the severe progressive forms of Waggene's lupus nephritis and granulomatosis.

Contradictions

- hypersensitivity to cyclophosphamide or to any of the excipients;

- severe bone marrow dysfunction (especially in patients previously treated with cytotoxic agents and / or radiotherapy);

- inflammation of the bladder (cystitis), urinary tract infections;

- acute urothelial toxicity after treatment with cytotoxic drugs and / or radiotherapy;

- disorders of urine outflow;

- active infections.

Dosage & Administration

Intravenous infusion.

Cyclophosphamide can only be prescribed by an experienced vet.

Dosage should be selected for each animal individually.
