有効成分ペントキフィキシリンが血液の粘性を減少させ、赤血球の柔軟性を増やし血流を改善します。また白血球変形性を増やすことにより、好中性粘着力と活性を阻害し、組織血流、組織酸化と組織生存能力を向上させます。

エンドトキシンショック、アトピー性皮膚炎、接触エネルギー、コリー潰瘍性皮膚病など、色々な皮膚疾患に効果を発揮します。

犬には皮膚筋炎、腎臓脈管炎、血栓塞栓症、フロスト刺激などに効果を発揮します。

（使用法）

・使用量は症状によって異なりますので、獣医師の指示に従い投与して下さい。

・使用頻度は一般的に８時間毎から１日おきとされています。

・使用の継続は症状の状態、薬への生体反応、副作用の出方により変わりますが処方されたものを使用しきるのが基本です。

＜投与目安＞

犬：10～25mg/kgを目安に12～24時間ごとに投与。

猫：使用目安は確立されていませんので、獣医師の指示に従って下さい。

＜副作用＞

・ペンキトフィキシリンに過敏反応を示す場合はご使用をお控え下さい。

・妊娠中の動物にはご使用をお控え下さい。

・脳や網膜に出血が見られる場合は使用不可。

・肝臓、腎臓に重度の疾患がある場合は十分注意してご使用下さい。

・心臓不整脈、浮腫、低血圧、呼吸困難、嘔吐、震え、肝機能不全、蕁麻疹、結膜炎などの症状が見られた場合は速やかにかかりつけの獣医師にご相談下さい。
