動物用に改良された抗ストレス経口投与液。

乗り物酔いを防ぐため、ストレス、恐怖症、原因のない攻撃性、性的興奮の増加（避妊薬と一緒に）等、猫と犬の心因性行動障害の興奮と矯正を抑制します。

有効成分：フェニバット100mg/ml

＜薬理学的特性＞

GABAとフェニルエチルアミンのフェニル誘導体。

脳の神経細胞の代謝過程にプラスの効果があります。

フェニバットは向知性活性を示し、GABAの誘導体として抗不安（鎮静）効果があります。

コリンやアドレナリン受容体には影響せず、抑制性GABA作動性プロセスを強化することにより、代謝の正常化と脳血液循環への影響を通じて機能状態に影響を与えることで、顕著なストレス修正効果を有し、中枢神経系の興奮と抑制プロセスの正常化を提供します。

経口投与後すぐに吸収され、血液脳関門を含むすべての体組織に速やかに浸透します。

薬物の80-95％は肝臓で代謝されて不活性な代謝物となり、5％は、腎臓によって体から排除されます。

（使用法）

以下の用量を目安に1日2回、犬の舌の付け根に経口投与。

・猫–１滴／ kg（4 mg）。

・犬–２滴／ kg（8 mg）。

おおよそ10〜15日間、連続投与。

激しい動揺および心因性行動障害（攻撃性、恐怖、多動性、性欲亢進行動）の兆候が見られる場合、最大20日間投与可。

行動障害の兆候が繰り返し表示される場合の投与過程は、上記のスキームに従い、同じ用量で繰り返し投与します。

輸送中、景色の変化、花火の爆発、所有者の出発、展示会や競技会への参加に対するストレスを防ぐために、イベントの3〜5日前と終了後1〜4日以内に使用します。

病気を防ぐために、動物の輸送の特定の開始の1〜2時間前に上記の用量で1回適用してください。

乗り物酔い（嘔吐）の顕著な兆候がある場合、薬の服用は効果がありません。

性的活動の増加時の行動を矯正するために、避妊薬と一緒に抗ストレスのドロップを同じ用量で使用します。適用期間は、動物の個々の感受性と興奮の程度によって異なります。

＜使用上の注意＞

・薬物の成分（既往歴を含む）、急性および慢性腎不全、糖尿病の疾患がある場合は注意を要します。

・妊娠中および授乳中の女性は使用しないでください。

・使用前によく振ってください。

・製剤成分に対する過敏症の場合、興奮、眠気、神経過敏、吐き気、アレルギー反応が起こる可能性があります。

まれに、薬の最初の投与時に、動物が眠気と吐き気を経験することがありますが自然と消失します。

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES:

Phenibut, which is part of the preparation, is a phenyl derivative of GABA and phenylethylamine. It has a positive effect on metabolic processes in nerve cells of the brain.

Phenybut shows nootropic activity, and as a derivative of GABA has an anxiolytic (tranquilizing) effect. It has no effect on choline and adrenornoreceptors. By strengthening inhibitory GABAergic processes, it affects the functional state through normalization of metabolism and influence on cerebral blood circulation.

It has a pronounced stress-correcting effect, provides normalization of excitation and inhibition processes in the central nervous system.

The drug is quickly absorbed after oral administration and penetrates well into all body tissues, including hematoencephalic barrier.

80-95% of the drug is metabolized in the liver to inactive metabolites. 5% is eliminated from the body by the kidneys in unchanged form.

APPLICATION:

The drug Antistress is prescribed to reduce the excitement and correction of psychogenic behavioral disorders in cats and dogs under stress, phobias, aggression without visible causes and with increased sexual excitement (together with contraceptives), to prevent motion sickness.

DOSAGE:

Anti-stress drops are applied orally to cats and dogs at the root of the tongue 2 times a day in the following doses:

Cats – 1 drop of the preparation (4 mg phoenibut) per 1 kg of body weight of the animal;

Dogs – 2 drops of the preparation (8 mg phoenibut) per 1 kg of animal body weight.

The course of administration of the preparation is 10-15 days.

If there are signs of severe agitation and psychogenic behavioral disorders (aggression, fear, hyperactivity, hypersexual behavior) the course may be extended up to 20 days.

In case of repeated display of signs of excitation and / or behavioral disorders in animals – the course of administration of the drug is repeated in the same doses, according to the same scheme.

In order to prevent stress (transportation, change of scenery, explosions of pyrotechnics, departure of the owner, participation in exhibitions and competitions), the drug is used 3-5 days before the upcoming event and within 1-4 days after its completion.

To prevent sickness, apply once in the above doses 1-2 hours before a certain beginning of transportation of the animal. In case of pronounced signs of motion sickness (vomiting), taking the drug is ineffective.

For correction of behavior at increased sexual activity drops of Antistress are used in the same doses together with contraceptives. The duration of the course of application depends on the individual sensitivity of the animals and the degree of their excitement.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Individual sensitivity to the components of the drug (including anamnesis), acute and chronic renal failure, diabetes.

Do not use pregnant and lactating females.

CAUTIONS:

Shake thoroughly before use.

No adverse reactions were detected when the product was used according to the instructions.

In case of hypersensitivity to the preparation components, excitation, drowsiness, irritability, nausea and allergic reactions are possible. In such cases symptomatic and desensitizing therapy is performed.

Rarely, at the first injection of the drug, animals may experience drowsiness and nausea, which pass independently and do not require treatment.
