犬の骨関節炎の症状が表れ初めた初期段階で投与する関節炎の非ステロイド系抗抗炎症薬（NSAID）。

犬の軽度から中等度の骨関節炎の痛みを軽減するのに有効です。

有効成分：グラピプラント100mg

治療に対する臨床反応は通常7日以内に見られます。

 14日経っても臨床的改善が見られない場合は、当薬剤による治療を継続し、獣医と相談しながら様々な治療オプションを検討する必要があります。

（使用法）

・空腹時（朝など）に、次の食事の少なくとも1時間前に、体重2mg/kgを目安に1日1回経口投与します。

（投与目安）

34.1-68kg体重：1錠

68-100kg体重：２錠

・治療に対する臨床反応は通常7日以内に見られます。

 ・14日経っても臨床的改善が見られない場合は、当薬剤による治療を継続し、獣医と相談しながら様々な治療オプションを検討する必要があります。

・獣医師の指示、監督の下に適切に使用して下さい。

＜使用上の注意＞

・治療期間は、症状に応じて検討すべきですが、最大投与期間は28日間に制限されています。

・長期治療を継続する場合は慎重に検討し、獣医が定期的に診察、監視する必要があります。

・一部の犬では断続的な治療が有益な場合があります。

・過剰摂取の場合は、対症療法を開始する必要があります。

・活性物質またはいずれかの賦形剤に対する過敏症の場合には使用しないでください。妊娠中、授乳中、繁殖中の動物には使用しないでください。

・既存の肝臓、心血管または腎機能障害、または胃腸疾患を患っている犬には注意して使用してください。

・グラピプラントと他の抗炎症剤の併用は研究されていないため、避ける必要があります。

・獣医用医薬品の安全性は、生後9か月未満の犬、および体重が3.6kg未満の犬では確立されていません。

・妊娠中および授乳中、または繁殖に使用される犬では、グラピプラントの安全性が確立されていないため、妊娠中、授乳中、または繁殖中の動物には使用しないでください。

Possible Side Effects:

Adverse reactions in dogs receiving GALLIPRANT may include vomiting, diarrhea, decreased appetite, mucoid, watery or bloody stools, and decreases in serum albumin and total protein.

Precautions:

Not for use in humans or cats, only for dogs.

Keep this and all medications out of reach of children and pets.

Consult a physician in case of accidental ingestion by humans.

Keep out of reach of dogs and other pets in a secured location in order to prevent accidental ingestion or overdose.

Dogs should not take GALLIPRANT if : Your dog is presently taking aspirin, other NSAIDs, or corticosteroids (unless directed by your veterinarian).

Your dog has had an allergic reaction (such as hives, facial swelling, or itchy skin) to GALLIPRANT. Inform your veterinarian if your dog has had an allergic reaction to other anti-inflammatory drugs. Your dog is under 8 pounds in body weight.

Storage:

Store at room temperature and  below 86° F (30° C)
